swan princess / goose girl

This is my newest doll.  She is themed after the Swan Princess.  But I feel like she could be a goose girl as well.

These are storytelling dolls.  Dolls to help illustrate a bedtime story as you sit at your child's bedside at night.

The girl is only 6" tall.  They are both machine and hand sewn.  The hair was sewn on by hand.  The way they are stuffed makes them feel so delicate.

I can't decide whether to put them in my shop or not.  I feel a little attached, but I'm not quite sure my 1 year old is ready for something like these.

What do you think?

I just wanted to let you know that Sophie LOVES her little temple set. We've gotten many comments at church and she loves to make them dance in front of the "empo"(temple)! If you ever find the time I would definitely be interested in more church-y theme sets.
By the way, the swan princess doll is so cute. It would make the perfect toddler gift paired with an actual swan princess book. Love it.

I would keep her. She is too dang adorable to give away. Plus, she is your first storytelling doll, you should keep it for sentimental reasons. But make more to put on etsy, they are fantastic! Lovely idea. You know, I wonder if you'd do custom made ones. Like if I want a storytelling girl for one of my favorite children's books, could I ask you to make one special with certain details? And of course I'd buy it on etsy.
